Background. Annabel Jackson is an evaluator with twenty five years experience. She has a BSc, an MPhil, and an MBA specialising in entrepreneurship. Her team includes specialists in the arts, small business development, regeneration and community development, as well as 18 interviewers. We specialise in producing and implementing practical evaluation and performance measurement systems for complex and intangible situations. The two principles of our work are quality and accessibility. Quality: Annabel Jackson is proud to be a member of the American Evaluation Association. We are committed to the standards of the AEA.
Accessibility: Annabel Jackson has a long track record of working with or for minority groups and communities. We work in a participative way with the aim of making evaluation fun.
Our work has included: Designing a methodology for Relate to measure its value. This took into account that the two individuals who come for counselling often have incompatible objectives, so client objectives are only part of the picture. Setting up systems for CLIC Sargent. We have integrated baseline data collection into the routine client registration process. Evaluating mystery shopping. We designed a specific product, The Implementation Audit, which measures the extent to which clients implement the findings of mystery shopping, any barriers to this implementation and the value created from action taken. Developing performance measurement systems for a large number of individual arts organisations. These include theatres, galleries, arts centres and community organisations. Page Links:
